How time flies when you’re having fun! This November, we proudly celebrate the Centre’s 30th Anniversary! Indeed, this has been a gathering place for members of our community to stay active, socialize, gain access to support services, become involved in the community, enjoy nutritional meals, get involved in cultural activities, and learn new things with like-minded folks. A few people have been members since the Centre opened and witnessed notable changes throughout the years. Join us on Tuesday, November 5th at 1:00pm for cake, refreshments and reminiscing! This will be an intergenerational activity!
As we wrap up 2024 , we warmly welcome new memembers including those from diverse backgrounds and the LGBTQ+2S community. Together, we continue to create a positive and enriching experience for everyone.
This year has been remarkable, and we owe a huge thanks to our dedicated colleagues and volunteers. Their hardwork and commitment make our centre a truly enjoyable experience for all.
For our staff and volunteers, approaching the Holiday Season creates added excitement to decorate The Centre, begin the Christmas baking and plan our festive activitess. Look for our 2025 holidays hours in this current issue . Once again, our Early Bird rate is available until December 31st.
