Message from your Centre Manager

Are you ready for summer? I sure am! What could be better than hot, sunny days during BBQ season?

Activities are typically limited during the summer. However, in anticipation of warmer days ahead, we still have a great program lineup for most of our welcomed season. Since some programs are taking a break, we have some time slots open if your program would like an extra spot for the summer.

We have reserved space for indoor picklball on Wednesday evenings, and have added a Euchre group to Thursday evenings. A new program running for the summer months is Introduction to Acting. Timothy Hedden from Rail City Theatre will be here Wednesday evenings for a night of entertainment and fun! Check the newsletter or the board across from the office for summer changes and cancellations.

Did you know The Centre is a Not-for-profit organization? Fundraising helps us provide memberships and meals at reasonable rate. By attending lunches, enjoying baked goods on the counter and participating in events and activities, every contribution makes  meaningful contribution.

Christmas in July is back! Get your tickets before they are sold out. If your programs is on a break, why not try something new? We have recieved great feedback from everyone who has taken the time to fill out a members survey. Thank you!

Have a wonderful summer!

Angela Ostojic – Centre Manager
