Our mission

To enable older adults to reach their full potential by providing a warm, friendly meeting place, sharing ideas, focusing on providing opportunities for growth and learning through social, educational and recreational services.

Who can join?

Everyone aged 50+ and over is welcome to join the St. Thomas Seniors’ Centre as a member.

What we do

Daily drop in programs. The Centre offers evening programing and provides opportunity for facility rental during evening and weekend hours. The Centre may also be available during evening and weekend for special events.

Etiquette Statement

The St. Thomas Seniors Centre is a shared experience for everyone to enjoy. It is dedicated to providing a fun, friendly, comfortable environment. Centre members, volunteers, and staff all pledge to treat one another with respect and dignity while using the services and facilities of the St. Thomas Seniors Centre. Each person can make the Centre a better place by being considerate of others. By encouraging and contributing to the building of positive relationships, everyone will benefit.

Welcome to the New Year! I would like to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to all of you for being a vibrant part of our community here at the Centre. The past year has been filled with growth, connection, and shared moments that have transformed our Centre from a locality to a family.
We are incredibly proud of what we have accomplished together – from engaging programs and events to the invaluable support you provide one another. Your continued support and enuthsiasm motivates us as we look ahead to 2025 and the opportunities it holds. Whether you are joining us for a familiar program or discovering something new, we hope this year brings you joy, health and many more meaningful moments.
