A Message from the Executive Director
Welcome to The Centre, and a big hello to all of our
members returning from their summer holidays! I
hope you had a wonderful summer and are feeling
refreshed and ready for what promises to be a busy
and exciting fall season.
We’ve also had the pleasure of welcoming quite a few
new members over the summer. A heartfelt thank you
to everyone who has helped make them feel at home
and become part of our Centre community. It’s that
friendly, welcoming spirit that makes our Centre such
a special place to be.
Fall brings back some of our favourite programs,
along with new activities, special events, and plenty
of opportunities to connect, have fun, and stay active.
There really is something for everyone!
And don’t forget about our Seniors Centre Swag! You
can now go online and order your own Centre items. If
there’s something you’d love to see that isn’t currently
available, let us know—we’d love to hear your ideas!
We also have two exciting events coming up this fall
that you won’t want to miss! On October 31, we’re
kicking up our heels with Urban Cowboy Line Dancing.
Come dressed up, have some fun, and enjoy a great
evening of music, dancing, food and drinks.
Then, join us as we celebrate our Anniversary Dinner
with the fabulous Frankie & the Fairlanes! It promises
to be another fantastic evening filled with great music,
laughter, and wonderful company.
Be sure to get your tickets early for both events, so you
don’t miss out!
