Fitness Classes
This class covers 1 hour of balance, endurance and strength training. The first half consists of warm-up and soft exercise aerobics, while the last half-hour is strength training, balance and stretching. Start the day out right! Staying active is a great wat to a leading healthy lifestyle. Participants at all levels can enjoy.

Convener: Ingrid Sworik, Come out for an afternoon of crafting, this group gets together to make many wonderful projects here at the Centre. No Skill? No worries, we have an instructor willing to teach you. All projects are financed by the Centre to be sold in our showcase.
