LET’S KEEP FIT

Mon, Wed, Fri 8:30-9:30am
This class covers 1 hour of balance, endurance and strength training. The first half consists of warm-up and soft exercise aerobics, while the last half-hour is strength training, balance and stretching. Start the day out right! Staying active is a great wat to a leading healthy lifestyle. Participants at all levels can enjoy.

FOREVER FIT

Tues and Thurs’s 9:00-9:45am
A gentle, low impact fitness class to improve strength, flexibility and mobility. Participants at all levels can enjoy.
